We are a consulting company specializing in business advisory for SSC/ BPO/ GBS sector. With a recent project needs, we are looking for candidates for a position of Transition Manager, who will be involved in F&A remote transition project. After the project`s completion, the candidate will be responsible for further consulting projects i.e. process transformations, interim management or location feasibility studies.
Scope of duties:
- Managing F&A processes transition in terms of process scope, timeline, required resources, cost and communication;
- Maintaining transition documentation within each phase;
- Acting as a point of contact to transition stakeholders;
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks;
- Managing of migration team during knowledge transfer phase;
After the project completion, we offer further cooperation: participation or management of improvement/transformation projects, another transitions and location feasibility studies.
- At least 4 years of experience in SSC / BPO / GBS sector;
- Familiarity with F&A processes;
- Previous experience as Transition Lead / Coordinator / Manager
- University degree (preferred field: finance and accounting, economics, management);
- Fluent English and Russian;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
